For hygiene reasons, innerwear or items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check the product page for any specific notes before ordering.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Three simple steps — and we handle the rest.
Reach Out to Us
Send an email to spectrumoltre@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange, and the reason. Attach photos if the product arrived damaged or defective.
Get Confirmation
Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with approval and pickup/shipping instructions. We'll keep it smooth and straightforward.
Ship It Back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags intact. Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.
Refund Information
Where does the money go? Right back where it came from.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected by our team, we'll initiate the refund. Here's what to expect:
- Prepaid Orders (UPI / Cards): Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is approved.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer. You'll be asked to share your bank details over email for a secure NEFT/IMPS transfer.
- Exchange Orders: The replacement item will be shipped within 3–5 business days after we receive and verify your returned product. No extra charges.
- Partial Orders: If you return only some items from a multi-item order, the refund will be adjusted accordingly for just the returned products.
We accept COD, UPI, and all card types — and your refund will always be routed back through the safest, most convenient channel for you.
Conditions to Keep in Mind
A few things to ensure a smooth return experience.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered — in the same condition as you received it.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Items purchased during special promotions or flash sales may have specific return conditions — these will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
- We reserve the right to decline a return if the item shows signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing tags.
- If the exchanged product is out of stock in your preferred size or colour, we'll offer a full refund instead.
Pro tip: When you try on your Spectrum Oltre piece, keep the tags on until you're sure. This way, if you need to exchange a size, the process is seamless!
