- Business Days: Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: You'll receive an order confirmation email with your order details immediately after placing your order. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order is dispatched.
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Spectrum Oltre is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- Multiple Items: If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages but will all be shipped free of charge.
- Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts. If the package remains undelivered, it will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be initiated.

Address changes are possible only before your order is dispatched. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, email us immediately at spectrumoltre@gmail.com with your order number and the updated address, and we'll do our best to accommodate the change.
Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If the delivery remains unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. We'll then reach out to you to arrange a re-shipment or process a full refund.
