• Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Our products are priced in the range of ₹799 to ₹3,999.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, any price change will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.
• Errors: In the event of a pricing or product description error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed based on incorrect information. You will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued if payment was already made.
• Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict sales to certain regions at our discretion.

Orders & Payment

Placing an Order:

When you place an order on our website, it constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s). All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Order Confirmation:

Upon successful placement of an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please note that this confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when the product is dispatched, and you receive a shipping confirmation.

We accept the following payment methods through our secure payment gateway powered by Razorpay:

Order Cancellation:

You may request an order cancellation before the order has been dispatched by contacting us at spectrumoltre@gmail.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned under our Return & Exchange policy.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer Pan India delivery through our logistics partner Shiprocket.

• Free Delivery: We are pleased to offer free delivery on all products — no minimum order value required.
• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
• Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes approximately 5–10 business days depending on your location. Remote or hard-to-reach areas may require additional time.
• Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS to monitor your shipment in real time.
• Delivery Attempts: Our logistics partner will make multiple delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful after the maximum number of attempts, the order will be returned to us, and we will reach out to you to arrange re-shipment or a refund.

Spectrum Oltre is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or courier-related disruptions.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a straightforward return and exchange policy:

• Return/Exchange Window: You may return or exchange items within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• Non-Returnable Items: Products that have been worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or are missing original tags/packaging will not be eligible for return or exchange.
• How to Initiate: To initiate a return or exchange, email us at spectrumoltre@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for the request.
• Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
• Exchange: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, you will be offered a refund instead.
