We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to modify your order (change size, color, or shipping address), please email us at spectrumoltre@gmail.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes if the order hasn’t been dispatched yet. Once shipped, modifications are not possible.

Yes, you can request a cancellation before your order has been dispatched. Simply email us at spectrumoltre@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation reason. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but you can return it under our 7-day return policy once delivered.

No, there is no minimum order value. You can purchase even a single item, and you’ll still enjoy free delivery across India.

We accept a wide range of payment options through our secure payment gateway powered by Razorpay:

  • UPI — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and all UPI-supported apps
  • Credit Cards — Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, American Express
  • Debit Cards — Visa, Mastercard, Rupay
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — Available for select pin codes across India

Yes, COD is available for most serviceable pin codes across India. You can check COD availability by entering your pin code on the product or checkout page. COD orders are subject to verification, and we reserve the right to convert a COD order to prepaid if needed.

Absolutely. All online transactions are processed through Razorpay, one of India’s most trusted and RBI-compliant payment gateways. Your card details, UPI credentials, and sensitive financial information are encrypted and never stored on our servers. Your payment is 100% secure.

Don’t worry — this usually happens due to a temporary network or bank issue. In most cases, the amount is automatically refunded to your account within 5–7 business days. If you don’t see the refund after 7 days, please email us at spectrumoltre@gmail.com with your order details and transaction reference, and we’ll help resolve it.

Currently, we do not support split payments. You’ll need to complete the payment for your order using a single payment method — either UPI, card, or COD.

At this time, we do not offer EMI or pay-later options. However, depending on your bank and card, your card issuer may offer EMI conversion after purchase. Please check with your bank for details.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

No! We offer free delivery on all products across India. There’s no minimum order value, no hidden shipping charges — just free shipping on every order, every time.

We deliver Pan India through our logistics partner Shiprocket. Whether you’re in a metro city or a smaller town, we’ve got you covered. Simply enter your pin code at checkout to confirm serviceability.

Here’s a general timeline:

  • Order Processing: 1–3 business days
  • Delivery (Metro cities): 4–7 business days
  • Delivery (Tier 2/3 cities & towns): 6–10 business days
  • Delivery (Remote/rural areas): 8–12 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, festivals, or logistics disruptions.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking link and tracking ID. You can use this to track your shipment in real time on the Shiprocket tracking page or directly through the courier partner’s website.

Our courier partner will make multiple delivery attempts (usually 2–3 attempts). If delivery is unsuccessful after all attempts, the package will be returned to us. We’ll then reach out to you via email to arrange a re-shipment or process a refund.

Currently, we only deliver within India. We’re working on expanding to international shipping in the future. Stay tuned by following us on social media for updates!

We apologize for the inconvenience. Delays can occasionally happen due to logistics issues, weather conditions, or high-demand periods. Please track your order using the tracking link provided. If there’s no movement for more than 3 days, email us at spectrumoltre@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll follow up with the courier partner immediately.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date you receive your order. If you’re not satisfied with the product, you can request a return or exchange within this period, provided the item meets our return conditions.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In its original condition with no alterations
  • In its original packaging with all tags intact
  • Free from perfume, deodorant stains, or any signs of use

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing tags/packaging will not be accepted for return or exchange.

  • For exchanges: the preferred replacement (size/color/product)

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24–48 hours with next steps.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are processed via direct bank transfer — we’ll reach out to collect your bank details.

  • Defective, damaged, or wrong items: Return shipping is fully borne by Spectrum Oltre. We’ll arrange a pickup or provide a prepaid return label.
  • Change of mind / size exchange: The customer may be responsible for return shipping charges. Details will be communicated when your return is approved.

Yes, you can exchange for a different product, size, or color — subject to availability. If your preferred exchange item is out of stock, we’ll offer you a full refund instead.

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged/defective item
  • A photo of the packaging (if damaged in transit)

We’ll prioritize your case and offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
